We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully.

1) Standard Orders

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
In this case, the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy, subject to eligibility conditions.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at team@aresunderwear.com.

2) Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet available.

• A partial or full payment may be collected at checkout

• The remaining balance (if any) will be charged once the order is ready to ship

✅ You may cancel a pre-order at any time before fulfillment, and any amount paid will be refunded.

❌ Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled
At that stage, the order becomes subject to our Return & Refund Policy
